Returns

Our return policy is in accordance with EU regulations regarding returns on online purchases for private individuals.

Since many of our products are specifically manufactured to order, we generally cannot offer returns on these products, unless the product has visible defects, or does not live up to specifications. For orders which have not yet gone into production or have not shipped, we can often offer a cancellation and refund.

For shipping damages, the transportation company is liable. It is therefore very important that you do not accept delivery of packages with visible damages. Should you be unable to refuse such delivery, we can handle only your claim if you take digital images of the damaged packaging and product. Please send these to us as soon as possible, and within 3 days of receiving your order.

Private individuals can return stock product within 14 days, given that the product is in mint condition, and is in a general condition suitable for reselling. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Original credit card transaction fees and (if applicable) currency conversion fees, which Calib.io must pay to the webshop platform, will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Products must be shipped with shipping insurance, in suitable, padded, unused sturdy packaging with DDP incoterms.
