Motorized Calibration Stand (MSC)
Calib's MCS (Motorized Calibration Stand) is an automation solution for repeatable capture of camera calibration images in factory settings.
With Calib's MCS, you can run consistent tilt and rotation sweeps, perform multi-camera or stereo calibration runs, and dramatically cut operator time while improving repeatability and measurement confidence. Instead of the tedious manual "checkerboard dance", Calib MCS executes precise, programmable motions, allowing users to capture full high quality calibration data sets in under a minute.

Features
Automated runs
Configure the angular range and steps for calibration in our graphical software. MCS will position the calibration target with arc second precision and repeatable - fast and reliably while enabling perfect image coverage and eliminating motion blur.
Visual feedback
MCS is configured and run through Calib Capture - our free calibration image acquisition software, supporting USB Vision and Ethernet camera through the GeniCam standard as well as many other cameras.
Configurable fidelity
Whether you decide to calibrate with 5 or 5000 calibration images, programming and execution is a one button press process.
Tilt & Yaw
In the standard configuration, the MCS support movement of [-180; 180] degrees in yaw and [0; 60] degrees in tilt, ensuring very high quality data for most sensor setups.
